Request for Proposals

Contingent on the acceptance of our application to the Equitable Community Revitalization Grant, Neighborship will be leading a 1-2 year Site Investigation of a known brownfield in West Oakland at 1790 10th Street, beginning in the early spring of 2024. The project will include comprehensive soil testing, executing a bioremediation pilot based on the initial test results and then follow-up testing after the pilot to asses changes. The goal of the project is to develop a replicable low-cost model that community members can use to clean the industrial lots in the community and protect their health. Please see links below.
